GFS will lend:

• up to 60% of the property value to clients purchasing within a project, constructed by one of our Approved Developers.
• up to 50% of the construction costs of the property to clients owning or looking to purchase land and the Approved Developers to construct the property(s)

Fixed interest rate
Our interest rate is fixed at 7.6% for the full term of the loan

A fixed interest rate will add certainty and stability to a large part of your repayment plan, and will therefore provide you with peace of mind during the full term of the loan of between 1 and 15 years.
