- Financing is available up to 15* years from the completion of your property.
- We require no personal guarantee or secondary securities.
* Our standard lending terms are up to 50% (LTV) and up to 10 years.
* Financial assistance up to a maximum of 60% and/or 15 years may be available on particular developments only.
* A higher interest rate may be applicable on extended terms.
