Can the term of the loan be extended above 15 years?

This is applicable in some cases but a higher interest would apply.

 

Are there any other charges?

A one off fee of 15,000 THB on approval of application. This is the only fee payable during the full term of your loan unless you are in default.

 

Can I repay my loan early?

An early repayment fee of 2% will apply to any outstanding balance.

Which Country can I make repayments from?

Your repayments are repayable from any Country.

 

What currency are my payments payable in?

Your repayments can be made in any currency you desire and the currency you use can change at any time.

 

What currency is my loan in?

You loan is converted from Thai Baht (THB) to Sterling (GBP) upon signing of your loan contract with GFS. Payments made, if not in GBP, will be converted at the banks day rate to GBP and the payment applied.

 

How will I know the banks conversion rates?

You will receive a balance sheet annually with payments showing a credit or deficit balance. If in deficit, you will be required to make a payment, or increase your next payment, to cover the outstanding amount on an annual basis. Credit balance can be used accordingly and deducted from your next payment.

 

Which governing law is the Finance Agreement using?

The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and all disputes concerning this agreement must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK, "The Guernsey Royal Court" and or other jurisdictions as equitable to GFS Ltd.
